  In my country, the people have to know the heart disease the important apart, first of all, my country has the huge place ,and also most of city has crowded has public transpation, we have to expand the public class, from the primary school student to education, if the students to know when they still younger, they can easier to get the new issue about their life and keep that a long time, after that, we could use the media to advertisment to publicity, let the people to avoid the cholesterol, and less people the number , people might didn't want to know about that, so we have to keep the advertisment the amount.Peasonally, I would like to say, we have to improve the health care, from the this times vision, we could see the most of the fast food is out of control, like the MCdonald's, the KFC, burger King is seem like this times the most river, also, the rthythm became more fast and without stoping,most of we choose the easy food,we don't have enough time to sit at the restaurant talking and cut off the steak, we have to as the restaurant as a signal, to change the menu, put more and more advertisment to let more people to know the healthy knows is more important than fashion, from the small restaurant to change, and to improve, than  to the school the hospital, the public, the facts rate will be down.

2. A government offical in your country has asked you for your suggestion about improving health care. What will you say to the official?

  In my opinion, I think three opinion of the health care how to improving that. To start with, we have to use the media, the media has huge the informtion and control that, take the " TIME" as an example, everyone even the forginer know this magazing spread more than the Epidemics, also ,the " NEW YORKER" as the same situation, the media could use the TV, the newspaper and NEWS in ABC. Secondly, from the kindergarten, we could use the education as a  spread orginal, take the Health Care as a subject and join the book, the class , we could add the scores and test, let the students know it's not a joke, it's important to our life, the elementary school still has the health care subject, we can push the students to learn all of the information about the health and epidemics. The last but not the least, the policy has to change, everyone hospital has record every citizen inject vaccination, the vacccination could prevented the influenza, that's could let the epidemics migh be less.  All in all, the governament official suggestion the improving healthe cares from the media, students education, and policy for the hosiptal.

     Untile now, I still remember the first time I came to the US. and I know it will be a long time trip, I  prepared the TV shows caouse it's more longer than a movie. I chose the Chinese sitcom, also when I got the airplane, I remember I chose the seat will be close by the side, and the place will be more bigger, and I can go the bathroom anytime, you don't need your deskmates to know, you could get the water and the food, the most important you can unbend your leg, meanwhile , it's not much better, because when you want to sleep, the people go the bathroom, sometimes they will hit you , because the corridor was too narrow, except the first class cabins, so you have to think if the trip will be longer,and more than the 12 hours, Personally, I suggestion you could choose the business class. at the airplane the most important issue is sleeping, some of the iPhone user knew the iPhone will change time when you get difference place, so you have to take a watch, to know exactly the time, at that time, I just ate 2 luch and one breakfast, it's not too bad , the airline stewardess will use the speaker to tell all the customs what kind of type we have, I remember I made decided at the egg with the pork or the beef with potato. but at the same time , I can't sleep, I felt active, but when I  spent 13 hours from my country to another country,  I found out I made some mistaked, In AZ, the time still in the day, I used a few days to as much as I can to change my biological clock, the jet lag still as a big issue to influence most of people.

  As this times, our earth has made a lot of destroyed, at the same time, scientist and some of the common people think should we have possible live in the Marz? it's an hypothesis. we could buid a biosphere in space, but here has a question, how? In the earth we have enough source, the oxygen and carbondioxide, also we could use the plants to as an example,  the plants need a greenhouse, but the humbeing need the biosphere. If anything be gone, I think we have the policy as the most important issue to deal with, any place has policy to rule. the people could as quickly as possible to stable. Meanwhile, we could think about we have to provid enough oxgyen and carbon dioxide, we have to difference traffic to use, like the "aircraft" ,it's small than the airplane, the looking like the UFO, we could use that go anwhere you want, it's could let us double quick double time, the Marz has the school, goverment, and hosipital, the UFO parking lot, we could get more information and source than earth. The hoipital and the goverment deal the problem maybe more fast, the greenhouse will disapper, at the Marz  has difference medium.
